HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at Textbookmark.com is easy: If you know what you are looking for, use the BROWSE BY SUBJECT, and KEYWORD SEARCH links. You can also shop by using VIEW READING LIST BY COURSE and SEARCH BY SUBJECT. Need book inspiration? Check out the virtual bookshelf. Once you have found an item, select 'ADD TO BASKET' button beside each item. Review the items in your basket by clicking the 'YOUR BASKET' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping basket. Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order. Return to the top

 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You have to register with us before you can start shopping and taking advantage of our special features.  Creating an account also allows you to:

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT DO I DO?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. You will then be sent an email which will enable you to create a new password. Please note that for security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are in stock unless "Not Available" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.


There may be on occasion times when the item is showing in stock but when the order is placed the item may have gone out of stock due to our suppliers information updates which we receive over night. We will then advise you when the book is next in stock, or you can choose to receive a refund. Return to the top
 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TEXYBOOKMARK ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time.

WILL MY PAYMENT BE SECURE?
Our Site is as secure as we can possibly make it. All credit card transactions are processed using Barclaycard ePDQ, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Your full card details will never be displayed and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Yes, if for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by Textbookmark is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the "log In" section on the the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and change in the "Profile" section. Only you may access your personal data from the website using your password and User ID.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
Please be assured that all the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. To register at Textbookmark, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. To process credit card orders online we also require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This personal information is used to fulfil and deliver your orders and manage your account.  Please note that Textbookmark may also use the information you provide to inform you of new goods and services via email. WHAT ARE COOKIES? SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT THEM?

DOES TEXTBOOKMARK SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FRIEGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not deliver to Frieght Forwarding addresses.

WHY A RE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Textbookmark is obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.  As a result, we may at times be unable to dispatch items to some countries. Return to the top

 
DOES TEXTBOOKMARK SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Return to the top
 

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?
All orders are shipped in a brown box so that your order is protected during transit. Return to the top

 

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED? We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Return to the top

 

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.  Your card will only be debited at time of purchase. HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note, due to the varying processing times of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

INSPECTION COPY REQUESTS.
Academic users can request certain titles on an inspection copy basis. We work with the publisher directly to send these books to you. They may require additional information for specific titles.  Return to the top
